Below i have stated all the information about my experience with. tuff shed. unnecessary to say, that we have not heard from tuff shed ever since our letter.. Tuff shed arrived without vents. i had paid deposit only- would not pay balance until vent were installed. this took 4 weeks and 10 calls. lots of infighting as to. User comment: tuff shed terrible customer service sue, sorry to hear about your encounter with the incompetent "bob". your problem is not an isolated one..
